This WEB page is for you.  It is about Atlanta, your home or the city you are visiting.  There is more to our city than lights, pretty buildings, good hot donuts and fun places to go. 

There’s history here, history from the past and the history that you and I are making now.  History can be defined as what has happened in the life of Atlanta and its people.  Therefore, we are writing our own history through our actions and deeds. 

Read about Atlanta and absorb its history.  You’ll laugh, you’ll be proud and you’ll be angry.  Not all of our history is what we might have wanted.  Therefore, as you move throughout the day, in your schools, in your neighborhood, in your community and at your home, remember you are writing the history that your children and generations after them will read.

We challenge you to dream, be kind, be proud, listen and achieve.  We welcome and honor you as the people who will make a difference.
