Formal Advisory Opinions
The Board considers any written request for an advisory opinion at its next regularly scheduled meeting. Board members discuss the question, reach a tentative decision, and ask the Ethics Officer to draft an opinion. At the following monthly meeting, the Board reviews and votes on the draft opinion.

- May supervisors engage in financial transactions with a subordinate or a person over whom the employee has supervisory responsibility?
