  • The Correct Mailing Address
    If your ticket states send payment to Garett Street, this is not the correct address.  The correct address is 150 Garnett Street, Atlanta, GA 30303.

  • Warrant Information
    You must appear in Court as soon as possible to resolve this matter. The warrant will remain outstanding until you appear in court.  Penalties related to warrants vary.  For more information on Failure to Appear Warrants please use the link here.

  • Automated Red Light Ticket information
    Tickets must be filed with the court before you can use electronic payment methods. If it has been at least 14 days since you received the ticket and you can not access it electronically, please call Municipal Court Customer Care at (404) 658-6940. A penalty will be incurred on all unpaid red light tickets after 14 days. If you have not paid your red light ticket within 90 days, your ticket will be automatically be forwarded to a collection agency.

    Red Light tickets can be paid on this system or by mailing to the following address: Automated Red Light Enforcement Program, P.O. Box 933462, Atlanta, Georgia 31193-3462 or paid at our convenient payment windows. Payment windows are located at 150 Garnett Street, SW, Atlanta GA 30303.  
      
  •   Parking Ticket Information 

    Tickets must be paid within 14 days from the date you received the ticket(s).  Failure to obey your ticket will result in additional penalties, immobilization, and/or seizure of the vehicle.  The following payment options are available:

    • By Mail: Make check or money order payable to City of Atlanta. Write ticket/Citation number(s) on the front of your check or money order, and mail to: Park Atlanta, P.O. Box 8816, Silver Spring, MD 20907-8816.

    • In Person: Municipal Court of Atlanta, 150 Garnett Street, S.W. Atlanta, GA 30303; Monday–Thursday: 7:30am-5:30pm excluding City Holidays.

    • By Web: www.AtlantaGa.gov and clicking on the “Pay Parking Tickets” link under Online Services.  Pay with MasterCard or VISA 24 hours per day, 7 days per week by accessing our secure internet site.

    • By Phone: Pay with MasterCard or VISA 24 hours per day, 7 days per week using our automated payment and information system by calling toll free (888) 266-1360.                                                                                                      

  • For information on Vehicles Towed by the Atlanta Police Department, please visit www.atlantapd.org. All parking tickets must be paid before the vehicle is released form APD impound. If your vehicle has been towed or impounded, please contact the APD Property Unit at (404) 546-4330.
      
  • For information on Vehicles Towed or Booted by A-Tow, please note that all parking tickets must be paid before the booted or towed vehicle is released along with any additional boot and tow fees. 

    • If you vehicle has been booted please contact customer service at (888) 266-1360.

    • Pay by telephone using MasterCard or VISA 24 hours per day, 7 days per week by calling               (888) 266-1360.

    • Pay on the Internet using MasterCard or VISA 24 hours per day, 7 days per week at www.AtlantaGa.gov .

    • Pay in person using cash, check, credit/debit card, or money order at the Municipal Court of Atlanta at 150 Garnett Street, S.W., Atlanta, GA 30303. Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am-5:30pm, except City Holidays.

    • Pay in person using cash, check, credit/debit card, or money order at A-Tow, Inc., 180 Harriet Street Atlanta, GA 30315.

    • If you vehicle has been towed please contact A-Tow at (404) 577-6566.  Payment must be made in person at: A Tow, Inc., 180 Harriet Street, Atlanta, GA 30315; Visa, MasterCard, Money Order and Cash Only.  All Towed vehicles by A-Tow can be viewed at http://ga.towedcar.com/.  Please have your VIN or License Plate available.
