The City of Atlanta recently initiated an end-to-end digital plan submission process through ProjectDox ePlan software. Atlanta is one of the first cities in the Southeast to implement a complete online solution for construction and land-use plan approval, in what is to become a nation-wide technology standard for building and planning departments.

The online ePlan submission and review system became operational in June 2008, and further integration with the City’s existing permit application and tracking software is ongoing. The ePlan system is now available to customers permitting commercial interior alterations and will gradually include additional types of permits and reviews. 

NOTICE:
Effective November 10, 2008,  The City of Atlanta will go live with electronic submission and review of All Commercial Alterations*.

*Please note: 50% of the Plan Review fee is required at the time of application.*

Commercial / Multi-Family

The City of Atlanta’s Online Permitting is a secure, web-based online permitting system.  This is a web portal to submit application information and electronic plans for commercial tenant alterations or finishes and multi-family alterations (condos, townhomes, apartments).
