The Department of Planning and Community Development will implement an abbreviated work schedule as well as reductions to staff, supply and training costs. Effective December 11, 2008, primary operating hours will be Monday – Thursday, 8:15 am – 6:00 pm with few exceptions.

- The Board of Zoning Adjustments Conducts Public hearings on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the Month at 1:00 p.m. The hearing date will move to the 1st and 3rd Thursday at 12 p.m. The Zoning Review Board meets on the 1st and 2nd Thursday of each month at 6 p.m.
Bureau of Buildings
- Homeowners Clinic - Homeowners will be able to address permitting issues throughout the week. Homeowner hours will be 4:00pm until 6:00pm Monday thru Thursday for residential general repairs, small additions (no pools), alterations and chain link/privacy fences.
- While Friday’s are usually busy days for applicants requesting final inspections to accommodate weekend closing and move-ins, developers and contractors will have to request final inspections Monday through Thursday from 7:00am until 4:45pm.
