Welcome to the City of Atlanta Online Permitting System. This system is a secure, web-based application that allows contractors to apply Residential Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and reinspection permits that do not require plan review.

The City has initiated Online Permitting to allow contractors the ability to apply for permits online and provide enhanced access to the issuance of permits. The City is now accepting:

Plumbing Permits for new or replacement plumbing for one and two family residence

Electrical permits both Commercial and Residential

Re-inspection permits for Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC
Elevator inspections are now handled by the State of Georgia, Department of Labor.
