Over the last year, the Department of Watershed Management (DWM) has undertaken several initiatives designed to make its customer service system more efficient and friendly. It has switched from a bi-monthly payment system to a monthly system to allow customers to more easily budget for their water/sewer service and has extended its customer service hours and added telephone payment capability.
Now, DWM is offering online payment capability, which will allow customers to access their accounts via their computers. By visiting www.atlantaga.gov and clicking on “Online Services” a secure and easy to use system allows a customer to view their online payment history, as well as pay their bills.
For customers without computers, or those who would rather pay their bills in their neighborhoods, DWM is partnering with Fidelity Express to establish remote payment locations around the City. Additionally, an easy-to-use kiosk is available in City Hall and the North Fulton government annex. Soon an additional kiosk will be available in the South Fulton government annex.

More locations are being added weekly, so check the City's website at www.atlantaga.gov for updates. The initiatives are part of the Department’s efforts to make its interactions with customers a seamless, pleasant experience for all concerned. There is no service charge for online payment. However, there is a service charge of $1.50 to pay at one of the satellite locations.
