• Sealed bids/proposals must be received and time stamped by the Department of Procurement (“DOP”) not later than 1:59 pm on the respective due date, unless otherwise specified.
• Pre-bid/pre-proposal conferences are held in DOP, Bid Conference Room, Suite 1900, unless otherwise specified. See the advertisement for the specific project to determine the location of the conference.
• All bid/proposal opening readings are held in the DOP, Bid Conference Room, Suite 1900, unless otherwise specified. See the advertisement for the project to determine the location of the bid/proposal opening.
• All bid/proposal documents for sale and/or review are available from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the DOP, Plan Room, Suite 1900, 404.330.6069, unless otherwise specified. Bid/proposal documents are available online, unless otherwise specified. Projects are listed by the following categories:

• All checks and money orders must be made payable to the City of Atlanta, unless otherwise specified.
• Payment for bid/proposal documents is for administrative costs and therefore is non-refundable.

                            EVENT  CANCELED

UPDATE: The City of Atlanta’s (the “City”) Department of Procurement (“DOP”) hereby CANCELS the vendor community session scheduled for Tuesday, November 27, 2012 and Tuesday, December 4, 2012.

Please accept our humble apology, however due to circumstances beyond our control, DOP will reschedule this event in the near future. Thank you for continued support in participating in the City’s procurement process and doing business with the City.
