Mayor Kasim Reed to Testify on 'FAST' Act

WHAT:

On behalf of The U.S. Conference of Mayors, Mayor Kasim Reed will testify before the House Subcommittee on Highways and Transit during a hearing titled 'Fixing America's Surface Transportation (FAST) Act Implementation: State and Local Perspectives.'

Mayor Reed, who chairs the USCM Transportation Committee, will emphasize that mayors and other representatives of local governments invest in, own and manage most of the nation's surface transportation infrastructure.
