Report a Sidewalk Hazard
As part of the City’s ongoing Sidewalk Maintenance and Repair Program, the Department of Public Works has partnered with PEDS, metro Atlanta's pedestrian advocacy organization.
The PEDS' online hazard reporting tool allows you to report pedestrian hazards such as broken crosswalk buttons, faded crosswalks, dysfunctional curb ramps and more, all from your computer! Please click here to report sidewalk hazards.
Report a Pothole
The Department of Public Works has created an online form that allows citizens and visitors to report pothole or other road hazards. Please click here to report a pothole or any other road hazard.
You may also report road and pedestrian hazards directly to the Department of Public Works by contacting the Customer Service Center at 404.330.6333 or by email to publicworks@atlantaga.gov Monday through Friday, 8:15 am - 5:00 pm.
