WHAT: Mayor Kasim Reed will join Kaiser Permanente of Georgia and the City of Atlanta Department of Human Resources to unveil the new Kaiser Permanente Mobile Health Vehicle (MHV) during a workplace wellness event for employees of the City of Atlanta.

In keeping with Mayor Reed's "A Healthier You" campaign, the Kaiser Permanente MHV helps to improve the health of employees by providing convenient access to care. During the event, Kaiser Permanente will offer tours of the state-of-the-art health facility on wheels and provide employees with biometric screening including blood pressure check, BMI, cholesterol and glucose levels.
