The LWO-IRC will hold two public meetings. The first was 9:00 am – 12:00 pm at the new City Council Chambers on January 23, 2004. The second meeting is set for February 12, 2004 from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm in the OLD City Council Chambers also in City Hall. Please note this date, time, and location change for the second meeting. Directions to City Hall can be found on this website.
Time for public comment will be available at both meetings, with likely more time available at the second meeting. People wishing to address the commission may sign up prior to the start of the meeting at the meeting entrance and will be recognized in the order of sign up with time maximums calculated approximately based on the number of interested speakers.
Please note that written testimony is also welcome and can be sent to Attention of the LWO-IRC Chairman: Dr. Walter Massey, President, Morehouse College.
