Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin to visit Japan and Korea to forge ties

A photo opportunity at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport at 11:45 a.m., as the Chamber delegation led by Mayor Franklin departs for Asia.

Members of the media should meet at the clock tower in the atrium of the airport by 11:15 a.m.

Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin will lead a Chamber delegation of 20 business leaders to Japan and Korea to explore business opportunities and promote Atlanta. Mayor Franklin will visit these countries to expand Atlanta’s reach around the world.
