Announced a year ago, the Urban Entrepreneur Partnership (UEP) is locally administered by the Atlanta Urban League and is a national public, private and non-profit initiative of the Business Roundtable, the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, the White House National Economic Council (NEC), and the National Urban League.
