The Office of Solid Waste Services will provide collection services as follows for the upcoming holiday season:
Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11, 2008
Collections will be staggered by one day after the holiday for the remainder of the week as follows:
- Tuesday collections will occur on Wednesday
- Wednesday collections will occur on Thursday
- Thursday collections will occur on Friday
- Friday collections will occur on Saturday
Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27, 2008
- The regular collection schedule for garbage, recycling, and yard trimmings will be maintained on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27, 2008 and on Friday, November 28, 2008 the day after the holiday.
Christmas Day, Thursday, December 25, 2008
Collections will be staggered by one day after the holiday for the remainder of the week as follows:
- Thursday collections will occur on Friday
- Friday collections will occur on Saturday
