Atlanta Police will be opening Spring Street in 30 minutes or less. Peachtree is open with the exception of the area in front of Georgia Pacific. Below is a list of currently closed streets.
Peachtree Street is closed between Ellis Street and Auburn Avenue
International Boulevard is closed between Peachtree Street and Spring Street
Marietta Street is closed between Foundry Street and Centennial Olympic Park Drive
John Wesley Dobbs is closed between Peachtree Center and Peachtree Street
Work on the 101 Marietta Building will require that part of Marietta Street between Cone Street and Spring Street be closed for a period of time tomorrow. That will not occur until after rush hour in the morning.
We would like to thank the citizens and business owners of Atlanta for their patience, while this process has been and will continue to taking place.
We hope to have all roads around the downtown area open soon as "Safety" for motorist and perdestrians permits.
