-Two westbound lanes on 10th St. from Charles Allen to Piedmont, One northbound lane on Piedmont from 10th St. to Monroe, One southbound lane on Monroe from Piedmont to 10th; One westbound lane on 10th from Monroe to Charles Allen gate at Piedmont.
