Junior League of Atlanta Literacy Walk

EVENT DESCRIPTION: Junior League of Atlanta's Literacy Walk, in partnership with the City of Atlanta and the 2023 ATL Year of the Youth, will encourage participants of all ages to go the extra mile for literacy; proceeds benefit the Junior League of Atlanta, Inc. A Proclamation is in the works to make the event day Literacy Walk Day! This family-friendly is slated to include a 1-mile walk storytelling trail, comic book making station, shoe fitting area, entertainment, treats, and local organizations promoting efforts to get involved in literacy awareness/victories and wellness.
