Event Description: Community Neighborhood Event. Annual outdoor Festival for neighbors to come together, eat, socialize, do an annual fundraiser for the community which supports all the annual funding for RCIL for the year. That includes community outreach, helping the elderly, paying for ongoing maintenance, property tax, etc.
Event Location: 100 Flat Shoals Avenue SE and surrounding streets.
