EVENT DESCRIPTION: Our 5K event is created for two reasons:1. To bring the community together in order to inspire and support individuals and their families to commit to improve their overall health and wellness physically and mentally. 2. All Profits will be used by Cause of E.F.F.E.C.T. (501c3) that supports the surrounding community with needs that are not able to be obtained due to financial difficulties.
