Event Description: Parliament of Owls is a lantern parade based in community participation. We gather and disperse at Colony Square's Plaza where there is a full compliment of bathrooms, sanitizing, water fountains, trash, recycling, parking and security. The route is- 1.1 miles escorted by APD motorcycles.
