LOCATION/ROUTE: Southwest Atlanta Christmas Kwanzaa Parade starts at 10:30AM, 590 Cascade Road Kroger Shopping Center. Parade will end at 12:00PM at the Mall West End (Ralph David Abernathy and Lee Street)
