ELEVATE Phoenix II, A Picnic in the Park

Event Location: Phoenix II Park 141 Martin St SE
Event Purpose: ELEVATE 2021 plans to host an afternoon festival in Phoenix II Park from 12-4pm Saturday, October 23rd. We will have up to 3 food trucks or carts, and 2-3 musical performances on the city owned Show Mobile. This is a celebration of Atlanta arts and culture and will provide free family entertainment.
