Event Purpose: Winterfest is a one day celebration of the Virginia-Highland Neighborhood including the vibrant shops and restaurants of the Neighborhood. It includes a Jingle Jog/Winter Parade along with a winter market with food vendors, merchandise vendors, cocktails, and live entertainment.
