EVENT DESCRIPTION: an Arts Festival to celebrate the completion of several murals along College Avenue. The festival will have 17 of Atlanta's top mural artists assembled as a team to complete murals on the public train track wall. There will be an artist market to promote growth of Atlanta's rich arts community.
