Event Location: Linwood Ave north of Ralph McGill Blvd and South of North Ave. 585 Linwood Ave. Atlanta, GA 30306
Event Purpose: This will be a party for neighbors who want to socialize before children will trick or treat in the neighborhood. We want to close the street so that it is more safe. There will be no vending, no live music, no barriers erected, no tickets sold.
