EVENT DESCRIPTION: Parliament of Owls is a lantern parade based in community participation. We gather and disperse at Colony Square's big new Plaza where there is a full compliment of bathrooms, sanitizing, water
fountains, trash, recycling, parking, and security. The route is .8 miles escorted by APD motorcycles.
