EVENT DESCRIPTION: Community Neighborhood Event. Annual outdoor festival for neighbors to come together, eat, socialize, do an annual fund raisier for our community which supports all the annual funding for RCIL for the year (community outreach, helping the elderly, pays for ongoing maintenace, property tax, etc.)
