Atlanta Police Department Police Athletic League Centers (PAL) OPEN during the Holiday Break

When the Atlanta Public Schools recess for the Holidays on Wednesday, December 19th, the Atlanta Police Department would like to remind citizens that our PAL centers will remain open. Both PAL centers will be open Monday thru Friday from 10:00am till 6:00 pm during the holiday break.

Anderson Park PAL, (120 Anderson Ave. (404-799-2341) :

  • Mondays & Wednesday PAL members attend the Boys & Girls Club from 5:00pm till 7:00 pm for Judo;
  • Tuesday & Thursday we offer Judo from 4:00pm till 5:30pm;
  • Tuesday we offer Gymnastics from 5:00pm till 6:00pm;
  • Wednesdays we offer Tennis from 4:30pm till 6:00pm;
  • Saturdays- The 17U boy’s basketball games will be from 9:00am till 2:00pm.

*We offer Boxing & weight lifting.

Both Pal centers will be closed on Christmas Day, December 25 and New Year’s Eve, December 31, as well as on New Year’s Day, January 1, 2013.

Atlanta Public Schools will return on January 7, 2012 (Monday).
