The City of Atlanta allows vending entrepreneurs to sell ice cream, other pre-packaged food and/or non-alcoholic pre-packaged beverages out of motor vehicles in the public right-of-way without stopping or standing to do business for more than 30 minutes. Motor vehicle vendors are not restricted to a specific operational area and are not a part of the lottery selection process.

I'm interested in operating a motor vehicle (i.e. ice cream truck) within the city's public right-of-way. How do I go about doing that?
How do I apply for a City of Atlanta motor vehicle (i.e. ice cream truck) public vending permit?
What items may I sell from my motor vehicle after being issued a City of Atlanta motor vehicle public vending permit?
What are the operational rules and guidelines that I must abide by with the motor vehicle public vending permit?
I have an additional question about the city's motor vehicle public vending program. Who can I contact?
