Private Property Vending

In addition to zoning approval for the private property location, prospective vendors must have the following:

• written permission from the property owner
• letters of reference
• food vendors also need the approval from the Fulton and/or DeKalb County Board of Health for prepared foods and/or approval from the Georgia Department of Agriculture for prepackaged foods.

Depending on the existing zoning of the site, an additional application and fee may be required.

• If the proposed vending is active less than 90 days, then submit a Special Activity Permit (SAP) application for outdoor events and sales.
• If the proposed vending activity will occur for longer than 90 days, then a Special Use Permit application is required.
