Zoning Review Board (ZRB)

The Zoning Review Board consists of nine members, appointed by the Mayor and City Council, who meet twice a month to consider property rezonings and special use permits.  The Zoning Review Board takes into consideration the recommendations of the relevant Neighborhood Planning Unit (NPU) and the Office of Zoning and Development staff and makes recommendations on rezonings to the Zoning Committee of City Council.

The Zoning Review Board public hearings are held in the City Council chambers on the second floor of the Atlanta City Hall located at 55 Trinity Avenue, at 6:00 p.m. of the day indicated on the schedule.  Prior to the hearing, the Zoning Review Board members are briefed on items listed on the published agenda.  Briefing begins at 5:00 p.m.  Members of the public are allowed to attend but are not allowed to participate or present during briefing. 

Citizens may also email documents for inclusion into the official record by submitting such materials to zrb-hearings@atlantaga.gov by 2:00 pm on the date of the public hearing.

Public Hearing Agendas, Staff Reports and Videos

Staff reports will be available below on the day of the public hearing.  After the hearing date, the agenda will be amended to show the action taken by the board.
