We recommend using the available tools to begin your due diligence when considering a project on your home or another property. Our interactive maps from GIS can tell you the property information like the zoning or neighborhood information, the future land use, and any particular restrictions or incentives surrounding a specific address. You can also research zoning cases to see rezoning activity near your property or other areas of interest. Referencing any community plans and studies linked below will help you understand any design requirement and future development goals of certain areas. You can also research current or historical permitting within the city using our online permit portal. Lastly, you can use our permit navigator to get an understanding of required processes and costs of your potential project or business.
