The Office of Administration, Strategy and Innovation (ASI) serves as a multifaceted hub overseeing critical divisions in the Department. ASI centralizes and manages these internal operations of the department, assess and measure performance and improve operational efficiency. ASI is responsible for managing resources, setting strategic direction, driving innovation, maintaining transparent and effective communication, community engagement and overall supporting the department in providing high-quality recreational and park services to the community while adapting to the changing needs of the City.
