Coan Park Therapeutic Center
The (TRS) Therapeutic Recreation Services program provides sports, recreation, and leisure services to residents with Mild disabilities. Services include therapeutic programs and adaptive sports opportunities that address the special needs population and those who may have difficulties participating in programs offered to the general public.

Afterschool All–Inclusive Therapeutic Center
Coan Park Recreation Center provides an inclusive afterschool program for children between the ages of 6-12 with mild disabilities.  All new participants with special needs must go through the interview process before an official decision is made on whether or not they will be accepted into the program.  Please contact the center at 404-371-5008 for further assistance.

Therapeutic Summer Program
The summer program is offered during June-July primarily for children with special needs between the ages of 6-18 with mild disabilities.  An interview process must be completed before admittance into the program is granted.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMMING

Days & Times: Mon-Fri 2:30pm-6:00pm
Registration Fees: Residents / $35.00 per week, Non-Residents / $110.00 per week

THERAPEUTIC RECREATION SUMMER PROGRAMMING
[Ages: 6-19]
Program Dates:   June 3, 2024 – July 19, 2024
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday / 7:30am-5:00pm
Registration Fees: [Residents/$35.00 per week]   / [Non – Residents $110.00 per week]
