Disclosure Counsel

The City Attorney for the City’s Department of Law seeks to engage a qualified law firm to serve as Disclosure Counsel to the City of Atlanta to provide, as requested, advice and counsel regarding financial disclosure matters, including but not limited to bond, commercial paper, taxation and other matters further described in the Request For Qualifications (“RFQ”) document linked here:   COA DOL Disclosure Counsel RFQ.pdf

All questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted electronically in writing to the following link, no later than 2:00pm on Friday, July 14, 2023:  COALawRFQResponse@atlantaga.gov 

ALL law firms wishing to be considered to serve as Disclosure Counsel pursuant to this RFQ must submit written qualifications via the following link no later than Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., at which time the RFQ will close:  COALawRFQResponse@atlantaga.gov 

After the RFQ close date, the City Attorney will review the submissions and make her selection of Disclosure Counsel.
