Child Savings Accounts

Mayor Bottoms’ administration is proud to announce the City of Atlanta’s partnership with Operation HOPE to launch the Child Savings Account program! 

Child Savings Accounts (CSAs) are long-term savings or investment accounts designed to help children build savings for the future. These savings accounts can be used for students to pursue post-secondary education or career-ready vocational programs.  

Through this program, qualifying Atlanta Public Schools (APS) kindergartners will receive a free savings account and a one-time deposit of $50.
