Park Facility Permit Application

Any applicant wishing to use an outdoor facility in a Park, such as a pavilion, as a part of larger Outdoor Event must file a Park Facilities Application in addition to the appropriate Outdoor Event Application (i.e. Assemblies Application, or Outdoor Festival Application.)

Reservations are taken on a first- come, first served basis. Reservations cannot be made earlier than 3 months prior to the event, or later than 14 days before the event. Applications can be turned in to the Mayor's Office of Special Events or the Office of Parks.

You do not require a permit from the Mayor's Office of Special Events if you are planning an event on the following Pubic properties:

• Chastain Amphitheater

Customers may now check availability and request reservations of DPRCA facilities online. This includes ball fields, pavilions, greenspaces, and rooms within Community Centers.
