The program consists of seven modules, each running for a 40-hour week and covering topics such as Fundamentals and U.S. Law of Homeland Security, Public Administration, Technology, Terrorism and Public Policy, and Emergency Weather Planning and Response. Participants can choose to participate in a Specialist Track, which is composed of three modules or can complete all seven for executive-level certification
